We find what a bank should build next — and then we build it.

Product and engineering for banks in Armenia and the region. We work from the opportunity through the design to software running in production, and we stay with it afterwards.

The market

The spending has already moved. The products have not.

Cashless payment overtook cash in Armenia in 2025, and online card spend is growing faster than the card market as a whole. Retail lending is the slowest-moving part of most balance sheets here, while the behaviour that retail products attach to is growing at double digits.

What we build

Retail products that fit the market as it actually behaves.

These are the propositions we research, design and deliver. Each one is shaped to a specific bank — its risk appetite, its core system, its customers.

Post-purchase instalments
Split a card purchase that has already settled, from inside the bank's own app. No checkout to change and no merchant to sign.
Behavioural credit lines
Price and pre-approve each customer from their own behaviour rather than one blended rate, with policy owned by the bank's risk function.
SME digital banking
Invoicing, payment tracking and cashflow layered on the business account — the operations a small company runs on, where it already banks.
Non-resident onboarding
The KYC path most banks stop at. Whoever removes that friction takes the salary, the card and the deposits that follow.
Automatic saving and goals
A share of every salary swept on payday into named goals a household can watch fill, and share between two earners.
Loyalty that redeems
Points worth something specific — a real flight, a real fare — priced and accounted for properly rather than accrued and forgotten.

Post-purchase instalments: the transaction has already settled, so there is no checkout to change and no merchant to sign.

The work that decides whether a product ships happens long before the first line of code.

How we build

Two things sit underneath everything we deliver.

AI-driven domain modelling

Instead of starting from screens, we build a precise model of the business itself — what an instalment plan is, which states it can be in, what happens on early repayment, on refund, on default. We do it with AI assistance, which covers far more of the real behaviour, far earlier, than a team working by hand. That model is not a diagram. It is the specification the software is built from, and it is where most banking projects quietly go wrong: the screens get designed, the edge cases surface in testing, and the timeline doubles.

An automated business process engine

The processes that come out of the domain model run on an engine we have already built, rather than being written from scratch each time. It is what lets us move quickly without losing precision, and it is why the foundations laid for one product carry the next one instead of being rebuilt for it.

The model is the single source of truth for product and engineering — and it is what makes the second product faster than the first.
Scale

What we can take over, build and launch.

A product can be one addition to something that already exists, or it can be the platform several products stand on. The work is the same discipline at every size.

  1. A feature inside an app you already have. Instalments on card purchases, a savings goal, a new journey in the mobile bank.
  2. A complete customer product. A lending product from application through servicing to collections, run end to end.
  3. A whole channel. The mobile bank itself, rebuilt — or business banking as a product line of its own.
  4. The platform underneath. The lending engine, the ledger, the payment and card services that every product sits on.
Working together

However your technology is organised, this works.

Alongside the partner you already have

They keep building what they know. We bring the domain model and the engineering practice, so what reaches them is properly specified before a line of code is written. How the work divides between us is yours to set and yours to review.

Or the product outright

You hand us the outcome and the date. We assemble the team, design it, build it, take it live and keep it running — one accountable party instead of several to coordinate.

And the organisation around it

The structure of your product, design and engineering functions, the architecture that lets systems be extended rather than rebuilt, and the standards your own teams and outside partners are held to. This works alongside a CTO once you have hired one, or before that.

Built for institutions that are regulated, audited and answerable.

Standard

London engineering, built for this market.

Our delivery partners have built digital banks in the United Kingdom from the ground up — core banking platforms, ledgers, card and faster payment services, event-driven architecture, and Banking-as-a-Service handling millions of accounts. That is the standard we hold here.

What we add is this market: how lending actually moves in Armenia, where the card spend sits, which segments are arriving, and what a bank here can realistically put into production in a quarter.
